Then become part of our team!</p> <h2>A day as Senior Director Program Leader (m/f/d)</h2> <p>In the position as Senior Director Program Leader (m/f/d), you will take on a through leadership of the matrix program team, defining and leading the global development strategy of the assigned programs to maximize the product’s potential in alignment with the Teva's strategy and priorities.<br/> You will lead the matrix program teams for high value, high-cost drug development programs, both early and late stage, and will be responsible for delivering a product development plan approved by governance and securing investment for the development program.  <br/> You will set clear strategic direction, ensuring that all team members, line functions and executive management are aligned behind the program objectives and deliverables, ensuring the complexities of development are addressed.  <br/> As part of your role, you will operate in a matrix environment, collaborate cross-functionally within and outside of R&amp;D to ensure their teams are fully resourced and skilled appropriately to deliver. Additionally, you will provide strong leadership to the cross-functional Program team and, together with the Program Manager, ensure that expert input from all key functions is incorporated into the plans.<br/> Lastly, you will provide mentoring and guidance to the project team members and proactively partner with Program managers to identify and manage risks that could derail the program.</p> <p>The position can be filled at any Teva site in Europe. </p> <h2>Who are we searching for</h2> <p>You are<br/> ... At least a bachelor’s level degree in scientific field with required professional experience (MD, MBA, Pharm D, PhD preferred)<br/> ... A minimum of 15 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry and at least 5 years in a leadership role and leading late-stage programs<br/> ... Demonstrated innovative and in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical development <br/> ... Experience in program lifecycle management<br/> ... Proven track record of effective and influential presentations, including presenting investment opportunities to senior executive teams<br/> ...
