Job Description

Unitek Learning is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join our corporate team. Manage and oversee the accounts payable department. 

• Reviews invoices for accuracy and completeness and weekly check runs.
• Sorts documents by account name or number and processes invoices for payment.
• May post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.
• Multiple credit card reconciliation as well as bank reconciliations.
• Rebilling between companies
• Expense report processing.
• Identify discrepancies in PO and payments.
• 1099 reporting and filing.
• AP coding.
• QuickBooks Enterprise.
• PO to invoice matching.
• Ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned time to time.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business/Accounting/Finance
• 3 years of experience (within past 5 years) full time AP experience
