Job Description
Role:
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Operational Technology who is craving to be part of a fast-growing company AND a best place to work company. We are looking for someone that will thrive as an individual contributor on our talented product and solutions marketing team, while being able to guide junior team members. This ideal candidate will have a proven track record in being able to work across marketing disciplines and cross functionally to drive new programs at scale. This role will be responsible for the development and execution of multi-product marketing strategies, positioning and messaging horizontal and industry-specific applications, marketing content for product launches, events and sales enablement, and go-to-market plans for our operational technology products and solutions. Strong communication skills are a must. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with connected worker and operational technology (OT) solutions.
What you get to do in this role:
Work across product marketing teams to create foundational messaging and content that drives alignment across internal and external audiences for operational technology
Support marketing teams with product and solution marketing content for campaigns and programs to generate leads and engage customers along their ServiceNow journey
Collaborate with product management, field sales, and customers to create and amplify persona-based messaging and use cases that resonate with OT and IT leaders
Build sales enablement assets for different field roles that support identifying, creating, and closing OT product and solution opportunities at scale
Help support and manage key digital and physical events including speaker selection, content reviews, and messaging support
Write and edit content such as case studies, videos, website copy and customer presentations
Deliver content for product launches maintaining high quality standards and a timely completion
Collaborate with AR, PR, and partners on thought leadership to build industry momentum for OT
Participate in social marketing and blogging activities to drive awareness
Track and report progress to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
8+ years of product/solution marketing/management
3+ years of experience in marketing or implementing operational technology
Very strong written and oral communication skills
Experience in B2B marketing, with basic understanding of marketing to sales funnel, go-to-market, and lead management processes and technologies
Customer-driven with an understanding of customer needs across multiple types of manufacturing organizations and asset-intensive industries
Excellent people skills to interact with peers, colleagues, customers, partners, cross-functional teams, and other third parties
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Up to 10% travel
