Reporting to the Vice President, Finance Americas, the Senior Manager, Ceilings and Walls FP&A is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for driving strategic financial analysis and business performance insights. This includes overseeing monthly business reviews, developing strategic initiative dashboards, managing financial outlooks and estimates, and leading the budgeting and 3-year strategic planning processes. Additionally, you will spearhead digital transformation initiatives within Finance and coordinate SG&A spend management to optimize performance across the organization.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and oversee financial performance reporting to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Drive strategic financial analysis, including monthly business reviews, budget planning, and forecasts.
- Develop and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial dashboards to inform business decisions.
- Spearhead digital transformation initiatives within Finance, working closely with IT and business leaders.
- Manage and mentor a team of Financial Analysts, ensuring high-quality financial reporting and insights.
- Partner with cost center owners to analyze and optimize SG&A expenses.
- Serve as a critical liaison with Investor Relations, supporting external investor communications.
