Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, financial performance, and strategic growth of a mobile survey and maintenance technician team across multiple markets. This role requires 80% travel to ensure service excellence, operational efficiency, and market expansion. The Senior Project Manager will drive business development, profitability, and client satisfaction while implementing best-in-class processes to enhance service delivery. This individual must be a strong leader with a track record of managing dispersed teams, optimizing financial performance, and identifying opportunities for market growth.

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 annual salary (US Dollars)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Execution

• Provide strategic and operational oversight for mobile survey and maintenance teams traveling across multiple markets.
• Ensure services are delivered efficiently and in compliance with contract requirements, client expectations, and financial objectives.
• Implement and oversee cost control measures to maximize profitability.
• Manage and enforce quality control standards, safety protocols, and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the workforce.

Financial & Business Growth

• Manage profit and loss (P&L) statements for assigned accounts, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Analyze financial data to drive efficiencies, reduce costs, and increase revenue through additional services or contract expansions.
• Develop and execute market expansion strategies, identifying new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Partner with leadership to grow existing accounts and secure new contracts, contributing to the long-term success of the business.
• Ensure pricing, budgeting, and forecasting align with business objectives and profitability goals.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
• Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align service expectations with deliverables.
• Proactively identify and address client concerns, ensuring service issues are resolved promptly.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, address client feedback, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Travel & Field Oversight

• Travel 80% of the time to oversee field operations, conduct audits, and provide leadership support to mobile teams.
• Monitor field conditions and team performance, ensuring compliance with service contracts and operational standards.
• Implement and leverage technology solutions to streamline communication and efficiency among traveling teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a multi-site service, facilities management, or mobile workforce industry.
• Proven experience managing P&L, financial performance, and budget forecasting.
• Ability to execute strategic growth initiatives and increase business profitability.
• Experience leading dispersed, mobile teams across multiple markets.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data to improve efficiencies and service delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Ex
