<p><strong>Role Summary:</strong></p>
<p>As a Salesforce Architect you will work closely with the functional leader, CRM team and our stakeholders team. You will be responsible for intake processes, solutioning, and improvement of the Salesforce platform for over 300 users of both Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. In this role you will be reporting to the CRM lead and will be working on a global team based. Our CRM team’s mission is to implement and enhance a scalable CRM platform that provides a 360-degree view of customer data to support our business at all levels.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Own the design of Salesforce and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions</li>
<li>Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with Salesforce SMEs</li>
<li>Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments. Where appropriate, this could include deploying changes</li>
<li>Work closely with implementation partners to deploy new Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects including, but not limited to Einstein Analytics, Communities, Knowledge Base, and Customer Portals.</li>
<li>Gather requirements and ensure scalable solution designs for all incoming projects.</li>
<li>Work closely with your team lead and a business analyst to ensure requirements are understood by administrators and developers.</li>
<li>Design and develop business capabilities for internal teams.</li>
<li>Helping with triaging and fixing defects, ensuring that solutions is scalable to meet the demands of future use and/or configuration requirements</li>
<li>Provide guidance and mentorship for developers and administrators</li>
<li>Overseeing Continuous improvement in Salesforce as according to the release updates from Salesforce, not limiting to process automation, development, and deployments.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting capabilities including looking at the code for any bugs.</li>
<li>Working with integration team initiatives which carry data to Salesforce from multiple internal and external data sources using integrations tools (MuleSoft etc.) , platforms, and APIs to extract, transform and load data as required.</li>
<li>Support over 300 OANDA Salesforce users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues and supporting escalated administrative needs of users. Coordinate with Salesforce support when necessary.</li>
<li>Review and optimize the implementation of Sales, Service, and Marketing processes in Salesforce related to Campaign Management, Lead Management, Opportunity Management, and Case Management.</li>
<li>Work with the team to prepare scope of work and plan out deliveries in a clear and concise manner</li>
<li>Work with our Salesforce account management team to ensure our needs are well served by our contract and licenses.</li>
<li>Expose our business stakeholders to quality data within Salesforce</li>
<li>Provide executive-level reporting of individual, team, regional, and global Sales and CX performance.</li>
<li>Support our Salesforce developers, BI team, and software developers in accessing, understanding, and integrating with our Salesforce data model.</li>
<li>Evaluate, install, and manage Salesforce integrations and applications.</li>
<li>Manage our data model by creating custom objects, page layout and record types.</li>
<li>Set up Service Cloud console, Web to Case, Web to Lead, and Email to Case.</li>
<li>Stay up to date with new Salesforce features and best practices through Trailheads, pursuing new certifications, and by attending local and global Salesforce conferences and events.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>General Education:</strong> University (First degree), or 6+ years of reasonably challenging work in industry.</li>
<li><strong>General Experience:</strong> 5+ years
