Job description:

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist - Home Health Services who will manage and provide skilled occupational therapy to patients and clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities in a home setting in accordance with a physician directed plan of treatment, taking into account individual patients special or age related needs.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire
• Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire - if practicing within this state

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
