What will you be doing?

Circana is looking for professional and sharp analytic minds to join our GM SMB Vertical supporting our Gateways team. Circana's Collaborative Gateway Solutions aim to empower retailers and suppliers to see the same data in the same way, fostering a shared understanding of market trends and customer behavior leading to better decision-making and improved business outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, supporting cross-functional teams, and navigating Circana’s matrix ecosystem. This role is crucial in ensuring an exceptional client experience and contributing to the growth of our revenue.

Job Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you must possess and be able to execute upon these two key skill sets:
Data Activation Support: Provide comprehensive support by resolving complex queries, ensuring compliance with policies, improving operational processes, maintaining data integrity, conducting detailed analyses, and effectively managing resources to achieve high-quality results.
- Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring issues to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
- Find the most effective ways to respond to routine functional inquiries. Involves following procedures and precedents.
- Contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of procedures and guidelines to support the organization in the implementation of, and compliance with, internal policies and/or external regulations.
- Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work, and support in generating new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.
- Drive to achieve high-quality results through effective data integrity.
- Conduct complex analyses, quality tests, and inspections that require a high level of independent judgment.
- Determine effort and resources required to meet objectives; able to plan, coordinate and manage resources effectively to ensure task completion. Use a systematic approach to solving problems that involve breaking it into smaller pieces, tracking the implications of situations, generating multiple alternatives, and making comparisons of potential solutions before taking action.
Client Focus: Consistently act with client satisfaction in mind and follow through on commitments to ensure the needs of the client are met:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Help customers identify solutions to problems they did not know they had.
- Regularly and proactively communicate with clients, including soliciting feedback to continually improving the relationship.
