Bilingual Medical Patient Access Representative

Description

The Patient Access Representative will perform a variety of clerical and reception duties involved in maintaining patient medical records, checking patients in/out for appointments, scheduling appointments, obtaining new patient and insurance information, verifying insurance, answering phones and other clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Healthcare reception experience required

2. High school graduate or equivalent required

3. eCW experience preferred

4. Bilingual (Spanish) required

5. Graduate of certified medical office training course, CNA or Medical Assistant preferred
