BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION: This is investigative and protective services work involving the enforcement of marine resource conservation laws, rules, and regulations and other laws within the jurisdiction of the Maine Marine Patrol. Responsibilities include patrolling an assigned coastal area; protecting marine resources, coastal property, and the public. Work includes investigating complaints and incidents; enforcing motor vehicle and other laws; and providing services and support to the homeless, mentally ill, addicts, victims of domestic abuse, hate crimes, abusive parents, and the public. Work is performed under general supervision.

Division 1, Section 1 – Saco/Scarborough/Cape Elizabeth working for Sgt. Sinclair and Lt. White.

The Saco/Scarborough/Cape Elizabeth patrol center is the intersection of Routes 1 & Pine Point Road.
