Senior Manager, Credit and Collections

The Impact You'll Make

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Credit and Collections to join our Treasury organization. This key position will be responsible for managing credit exposures across our partners and ensuring timely payment of our order to cash process. In this role, you will collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, Accounting and FP&A while maintaining the financial health of our organization.  Reporting to the Treasurer, you will partner to drive all aspects of our credit management and collections operations, collaborate with sales teams as well as generate insightful reporting to enable effective business decisions.  You will also be looked to as a leader within the Treasury team.

Who We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience of at least 8 years in credit management and collections, with at least 3 years in a people manager role.
• Strong understanding of fundamental financial analysis, accounting principles, and credit-related regulations.
• Proven ability to apply data-driven insights into creative solutions.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of leading successful global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SAP.
• Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills.
• Shown success building a global team that delivers results in a dynamic growth company and fast-paced environment.
• CCP, CPC, CPA, CFA or MBA are a plus.
