About the Role  
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Estimator – Industrial Plumbing to oversee and manage large-scale industrial plumbing projects. This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects from planning to completion, ensuring systems are designed, installed, and maintained to meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

In this role, you will manage project teams, coordinate resources, and serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors, delivering projects on time, within scope, and under budget.

Key Responsibilities  
- Lead and manage industrial plumbing projects from inception through completion.  
- Oversee planning, design, installation, and maintenance of plumbing systems in industrial facilities.  
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for projects.  
- Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans.  
- Supervise and mentor project teams, providing guidance and ensuring project milestones are met.  
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and subcontractors.  
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving potential risks or issues.  
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality protocols.  
- Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.  

Qualifications  
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, specifically in industrial plumbing.  
- Proven expertise in estimating project costs and managing budgets.  
- Strong leadership and team management skills.  
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.  
- Proficient in project management tools and software.  
- In-depth knowledge of industrial plumbing systems and processes.  
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
