IST - Senior Sales Manager

Role + Responsibilities  

Innovative Sensor Technology (IST), a company of the Endress+Hauser Group, is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join their team in the midwestern United States.   

• Manage and extend the existing client portfolio in the Midwest. 
• Accompany your customers through all sales processes in a trustworthy and service-oriented manner together with the sales back office.  
• Development of customer-specific solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders. 
• Participation as well as planning and implementation of marketing campaigns.  
• Achieve or exceed a given sales forecast.  

Qualification + Profile  

• A degree (BSc. Or MSc.) in a technical field, electronics or semiconductor preferred 
• Must have 5+ years’ experience in the sale of consulting-intense technical products and system solutions, ideally in the sensor market 
• Knowledge of temperature, conductivity, humidity, or flow sensing 
• Proficient in common software solutions (SAP, Salesforce, MS Office) 
• German is considered a plus 
• Must live in the assigned territory. No relocation 
• Must be able to legally work in the United States 
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%
