We are actively seeking a dedicated, flexible, and motivated General Laborer to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting various departments, including fleet, building maintenance, Information Technology, and warehouse operations. We’re looking for someone who can thrive in a dynamic work environment, adapt to changing tasks, and contribute to the overall success of our teams.

Here are some examples of the actual work your day would include:

• Perform general labor tasks, including driving, assembly, and maintenance
• Assist multiple teams, including fleet maintenance, building maintenance, IT, and warehouse
• Participate in general bldg. maintenance tasks and other hands-on duties
• Work in a small, tightly-knit team that relies heavily on collaboration and mutual success
• Maintain flexibility to handle a wide range of daily tasks that can vary and shift frequently
• Stay organized and manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently

To be successful in this role, you need to have a certain amount of knowledge, skills and experience:

• Experience in general maintenance and clean driving record, required
• Strong ability to work with your hands and tools, performing manual tasks efficiently
• Ability to lift and move reasonable amounts of weight for warehouse and maintenance work
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple forums
• Respectful and able to work well with small teams, contributing positively to the company culture
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Self-motivated and Self-management, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company
• Ability to travel to locations up to 3 hours away from Canton, MI
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
