You'll also help define <strong>security policies</strong> and ensure smooth, compliant operations across our infrastructure.</p> <p>Your contribution will be central to maintaining a resilient, high-performing platform, using modern DevOps practices and technologies like <strong>Linux</strong>, <strong>Ansible</strong>, <strong>PXE</strong>, <strong>OpenStack</strong>, and <strong>Proxmox</strong>.</p> <p>If you’re autonomous, thrive in agile setups, and want to work on challenging infrastructure problems at scale, we’d love to connect.</p> <p><strong>Your <strong>Responsabilities:</strong></strong></p> <ul><li><p>Conceive and implement a system to monitor the health of all infrastructure instances and optimize the usage of idle resources.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain internal tools and web-based dashboards to track infrastructure performance.</p></li><li><p>Monitor a wide range of systems including servers, operating systems, networking gear, and physical infrastructure like PDUs, cooling units, UPS, and alarm systems.</p></li><li><p>Define and maintain documentation for security policies, monitoring protocols, and compliance requirements.</p></li><li><p>Automate system deployment and daily operations using <strong>Ansible</strong>, <strong>PXE </strong>boot, and <strong>Python </strong>scripts.</p></li><li><p>Provide expert support and troubleshooting for <strong>Linux </strong>environments and virtualization platforms.</p></li><li><p>Build automation processes to manage compute and storage resources across multiple sites using platforms like <strong>OpenStack</strong>, <strong>Proxmox</strong>, and <strong>VMware</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to infrastructure scaling efforts to support expansion to over 100 distributed sites.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with product teams, manufacturing, and on-site deployment crews to ensure consistent operational standards and tooling.</p></li></ul> <p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><p></p> <ul><li><p>Solid background in <strong>DevOps</strong> or <strong>SysOps</strong>, with strong emphasis on <strong>automation </strong>and <strong>internal tooling</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of <strong>Linux systems</strong>, along with proficiency in scripting and infrastructure management.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with <strong>Ansible</strong>, <strong>MongoDB</strong>, and building or maintaining <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Ability to produce clear, structured documentation for security, operational processes, and infrastructure standards.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working in a <strong>remote-first</strong>, fast-moving environment with a high degree of autonomy.</p></li></ul> <p><strong>Nice To Have</strong></p><p></p> <ul><li><p>Hands-on experience with <strong>Unifi </strong>network devices or similar technologies.</p></li><li><p>Experience managing <strong>multi-site</strong> or <strong>distributed infrastructures</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with <strong>OpenStack</strong>, <strong>Proxmox</strong>, <strong>VMware</strong>, and provisioning tools like <strong>PXE</strong>.</p></li></ul> <p><strong>Why Join Us:</strong></p><p></p> <p>A European <strong>tech startup </strong>on a mission to reinvent <strong>cloud infrastructure</strong> through decentralization.
