This Opportunity:
- Join an exceptional team dedicated to growing our Highway Engineering practice throughout the state of Wisconsin
- Manage all phases on highway projects including planning, design, and construction
- Develop creative solutions to complex challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals
- Maintain close relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completion, and help build and strengthen new client relationships
- Provide valuable mentorship to junior engineers and designers
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of WI
- Strong experience managing highway and transportation projects, including planning, design and construction
- WisDOT experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Located in Chippewa Falls, WI or surrounding areas
- A minimum of seven (5) or more years of previous experience specializing in highway and transportation planning, design and construction
- A minimum of five (3) years project management experience managing highway and transportation projects, including planning, design and construction
- Knowledgeable of Wisconsin regional highway/transportation issues and familiarity with the municipal government client base
- Previous experience in proposal and client management; demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and win project proposals
- Must reside in the state of Wisconsin or surrounding areas
- Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, business development excursions, on-site inspections/visits, etc

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $96,000 and $131,000
