We are looking for consultants and privacy & ethics specialists to join our rapidly expanding United States team within Digital Trust and Cyber Security. You will join a growing team in the US and a wider global team of 200 in the UK and Europe. You may be a privacy consultant already, currently working as part of an in-house privacy team, or have worked in the delivery of privacy as part of your work in technology or law and be interested in moving into a consulting role. You should have the following skills and experience:

Role Specifics:
- Relevant qualifications such as IAPP CIPM, CIPT, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, and/or CHPE, as well as involvement in industry related organizations (e.g. IAPP) are desirable. Where you do not have the qualifications, we will support you in achieving them.
- Experience using and implementing data privacy technology and governance tools such as OneTrust and where applicable relevant certifications.
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy laws and regulations (e.g. CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, EU GDPR, HIPAA) and industry standards and frameworks such as NIST.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders (e.g. business, legal, IT, security) about data protection and privacy matters and to analyse and identify both technical and legal solutions to risks.
Your involvement will vary from assisting in delivering data privacy projects to acting as a subject matter expert on them or to leading a team, typically involving both PA and client staff. You will be supported throughout both by our team in the US and through knowledge sharing and working alongside colleagues from across our global team.
