Area Community Manager – Multi-Site Property Operations Leader
Location: Pittsburgh Area - Central
Pay: $85,000–$100,000/year + bonus
Reports To: Regional Property Manager

Morgan Properties is hiring an Area Community Manager to oversee multiple residential communities within your assigned portfolio. This is not your average property management role—it’s a chance to lead multiple teams, drive consistency across sites, and play a key role in achieving regional goals.
What You’ll Do:
As an Area Community Manager, you’ll lead a group of site teams and be responsible for the day-to-day performance of multiple properties. You’ll coach, develop, and empower your teams while ensuring financial results, top-tier resident experiences, and operational excellence across your communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development
• Supervise and support Community Managers and site staff across multiple communities.
• Drive a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
• Lead hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development efforts.
Resident Relations & Community Excellence
• Resolve escalated resident concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention across all properties.
• Ensure each site maintains a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Operational Oversight
• Oversee daily operations, property inspections, and service delivery.
• Partner with corporate on capital improvements and company initiatives.
• Uphold safety and compliance standards at each property.
Financial & Business Management
• Analyze and support community financial performance—collections, expenses, and budgets.
• Create action plans based on community needs.
• Manage vendor partnerships and purchasing processes across sites.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Liaise between community teams, regional leadership, and corporate departments.
• Share trends, opportunities, and risks with Regional Manager.
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in property management, with multi-site or large-property oversight.
• Strong leadership and coaching background.
• Proven results in operations, resident relations, and budget management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.

Compensation & Perks:
Base Pay: $85,000 – $100,000/year
