Who Are YouWe are seeking a Senior Partner Manager to build and lead a partner network that compounds. You will own the relationships with our most valuable allies: venture capital firms, investment banks, and stock exchanges.This role is equal parts market-facing brand ambassador and analytical operator. You will represent DealMaker in "high-signal" rooms—private dinners, conferences, and boardrooms—while simultaneously building the structured workflows that turn a handshake into a consistent stream of qualified issuer opportunities.
What You Will DoStrategic Partner Development & Deal Creation- Identify and secure partnerships with VC/Growth Equity firms, Investment Banks, and Market Infrastructure providers.- Design partner "offers" with clear economic logic, defining how DealMaker and the partner co-create value.- Drive the partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and concept to signed agreement and launch.Brand Ambassadorship & Event Strategy- Act as a high-energy representative at industry conferences and private salons.- Host and coordinate intimate executive gatherings (roundtables, investor dinners) to build deep trust with senior decision-makers.- Develop a reputation as a credible, commercially sharp expert in the capital markets ecosystem.Program Management & Execution- Create repeatable partner motions: referral workflows, co-marketing templates, and sales enablement materials.- Build and manage joint business plans with partners, including quarterly pipeline reviews and performance tracking.- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Legal to ensure a seamless experience for both partners and issuers.Executive Relationship Management- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders at partner firms, managing relationships with high EQ and discretion.- Orchestrate internal executive participation (CEO/CRO) in key meetings to accelerate high-value alliances.
What You NeedExperience:- Demonstrated 5+ years in partnership development, BD, or capital markets coverage (VC, Private Equity, or Investment Banking).- Proven track record of driving partner-sourced revenue and turning networking into measurable commercial outcomes.- Experience in fintech, wealth-tech, or regulated financial environments is highly preferred.Traits & Skills:- The "Art": Naturally social with high presence; able to build trust quickly with executive stakeholders.- The "Science": Structured operator who values CRM hygiene, pipeline forecasting, and data-driven optimization.- Grit & Autonomy: A "zero-to-one" builder who thrives in ambiguity and prioritizes speed over perfection.- Communication: Exceptional writing and narrative skills—can distill complex fintech value propositions into compelling pitches.
What Success Looks Like (Year 1)- Portfolio Growth: 5–10 strategically meaningful partners signed and actively referring deals.- Pipeline Impact: A measurable increase in qualified issuer opportunities attributed to the partner channel.- Market Presence: A solidified "top-of-mind" status for DealMaker within key venture and capital market circles.
The base salary for this role starts at $125,000, with final compensation determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
