This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring our systems align with business objectives, drive efficiencies, and scale with company growth. The Associate Director will own the team's roadmap, drive cross-functional alignment, and develop and execute strategic programs aligned with company goals and OKRs.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a leader who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.</p> <p>This role will report to the Senior Director, Technology.</p> <p>This is a full-time, hybrid role with company benefits based in Marina del Rey, CA.</p> <p>The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $150,000 to $175,000.
