SAP Service Desk Agent (Logistics)

We are looking for experienced SAP Service Desk professional who will support SAP ERP platform in Logistics and join our international team. As part of SAP team, you will have unique chance to participate on various projects including impelentation of SAP S4/Hana and cooperate with experienced SAP Consultants.

 

Your Future Responsibilities:

 

•    Review incoming tickets and assign to responsible team members (Dispatching)
•    Support of internal customers concerning handling issues with SAP logistics functions (1st level support).
•    Handle standard changes - basic customizations in the system
•    Mass maintenance of business data
•    Transfers knowledge about new or modified functions to key-users/users. 
•    Create user manuals in English language.
•    Participation in knowledge transfer within the SAP EMEA logistic team
•    Participate on the S4/Hana Project.

 

Our Expectations:

•    Relevant experience working on SAP Service Desk role or on business role with significant exposure to SAP

•    Good comprehension of the processes of the targeted work area -SAP Logistics.

•    SAP Key user experience

•    Conceptual and analytical thinking
•    Strong communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with the business area and to understand the effects on the business
