Job title: Business Process Senior Lead
As Business Process Senior Lead, you’ll serve as a strategic thought partner and operational right hand to the SVP of Emerging Technology. This role is critical in driving cross-functional alignment, ensuring executional rigor, and maintaining clear communication across our team and with stakeholders throughout the company. This role will function in the style of a Chief of Staff — helping shape priorities, track key initiatives, and lead the connective tissue between product, engineering, and internal partner teams.
You’ll work closely with peers in Digital Enterprise Technology (DET), the broader Technology & Product organization, and the Employee Success team to advance programs that improve the way we build, deploy, and use our internal products — all under the philosophy of delivering the best service for Salesforce software to ourselves as a customer, known as “Customer 0.”
Your Impact - Responsibilities:
Partner directly with the SVP to manage strategic priorities, track progress across initiatives, and proactively identify and remove blockers.
Help manage team structure, communications [internal and external], organization design and alignment.
Lead and manage team staff meetings and Town Halls to ensure consistent alignment with team priorities and manage prioritization and flow-of-work as it occurs.
Assist in managing priorities and projects with team leads to ensure adherence to team vision and mission.
Work closely with ESBP partners to help manage staffing, internship programs, and rotational team partnerships, employee review and feedback processes.
Partner closely with the Office of the CDO to ensure DET-wide initiatives like employee surveys, time tracking, budgeting, hackathons, and cross-pillar program management are well connected with other leads.
Lead cross-functional program management efforts for initiatives across Emerging Technology, with a strong focus on execution, risk mitigation, and communication.
Drive alignment and collaboration across DET, Engineering, Product Management, Data, and Employee Success teams.
Build and manage operating rhythms (e.g., leadership meetings, business reviews, strategy offsites) that support transparency and accountability.
Act as a trusted liaison with senior leaders and their teams, ensuring clarity of goals, alignment of resources, and timely delivery of outcomes.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other tools to track progress on key deliverables and strategic goals.
Own and continually improve internal processes, documentation, and knowledge-sharing across the team.
Support change management efforts for high-impact initiatives, working closely with communication, ES, and operations stakeholders.
Lead with empathy, structure, and a growth mindset — helping shape a high-performance, low-ego culture.
We're looking for someone who blends operational excellence with strategic thinking, and thrives in highly collaborative, fast-paced environments. You know how to get things done while building strong, trusting relationships across functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Communications) or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a Chief of Staff role within a technology-driven organization.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills — you know how to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and keep teams focused.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear messaging for a variety of stakeholders and audiences.
