Lead Cook - Somerset - Full time - $26.00 hourly rate - The areas highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate environment in a state-of-the-art-community - 6:00am - 2:00pm or 11:00am - 7:00pm with flexibility, including every other weekend - The Lead Cook will support the Chef de Cuisine in cooking, ordering, staff supervision, line production and sanitation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School graduate or GED required, culinary degree preferred
- Three years commercial cooking required, preferably in a healthcare industry
- Completion of a culinary course required
- ServSafe Certification required or receive within 6 months
- Knowledge of HAACP, state health care facility licensing laws and fire, safety and food service sanitation codes
- Working knowledge of computer, Microsoft Word & Excel and various commercial kitchen equipment
- Flu vaccine required during flu season
