About the Role: The Manager, Business Solutions is a dynamic and adaptable leader within the D&T team, responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of IT solutions that align with strategic business initiatives.  This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to apply technical expertise to solve complex problems.  The Manager, Business Solutions will be leading the implementation of small to medium IT solutions, managing project timelines, budgets, vendors, and resources, and evaluating emerging technologies to enhance business processes.  The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering successful projects and driving change within a dynamic business environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
• Oversee and lead the development and implementation of small to medium IT solutions, from initial concept to deployment to change management.
• Work directly with technical team to manage configuration and coding deliverables where applicable.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources efficiently.
• Evaluate, recommend, and encourage the adoption of new digital solutions to transform business processes and to achieve business outcomes.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

 

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen with focus in Finance and Supply Chain areas. 
• Experience in both Finance and Supply Chain desired but experience with Finance required. 
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business solutions or project management.
• Proven experience in leading business solution development.
• A track record of successful project delivery and effective change management.
• Certifications in project management or business analysis are desirable.
• Experience implementing and/or supporting ERP environment - SAP preferred.
