Insurance Policy Operations Specialist

MIS, a ReSource Pro company, is seeking a talented and motivated Insurance Policy Operations Specialist to maintain MIS' proprietary policy rating software system, lead new client onboarding, and provide exceptional client support to MIS' insurance clients. 

This role is based at the MIS office in Maitland, FL with the option for hybrid remote work arrangements after training period.

After 3 months you will...

• Researching/understanding changes being made in insurance regulatory policy for software application product features, bureau changes, and customer development projects. 
• Working with internal technical staff to identify design considerations for software application features/changes.
• Creating written assessments/specifications, defining programming changes needed to implement a given software application feature or change for a client.
• Support the creation and execution of test plans for the policy rating system.
• Leads implementation for new clients. 
• Serves as the main point of contact for assigned clients. Lead status calls, manage the relationship, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. 

What you need to be successful...

• 2-3 years' work experience in insurance industry required, commercial P&C preferred
• Knowledge of insurance regulatory policy required 
• Strong analytical skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment

Your compensation....Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a hybrid position out of our office in Maitland, Florida. The salary range for this location and role is $38,045 - $71,701. The salary range could be lower or higher based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
