Job Description

As a Hardware Development Engineering Co-op, you will work alongside our Servo Electroncis HW team members to support the development of our new custom mixed signal power IC to support our HDD product line.  In this position, you will support the development of products that will drive our company’s growth. In this role, you will support the team through the processes of working with semiconductor vendors and other internal functional teams. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and apply problem solving, work on cross-functional teams and learn about Power Electronics and Servo-Mechanical topics related to Hard Disk Drives

YOUR ROLE: 

• Learn and work with DC_DC voltage regulators.
• Learn and work on automated test system for Hard disk drives.
• Learn and work about Motor control. 
• Collect data and prepare technical reports
• Implementing engineering and design changes
• Documentation of engineering and material specifications
• Assist engineering and cross-functional teams to resolve process/quality problems
• Ability to work in a cross functional environment
• May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Students pursuing a BS/BA degree majoring in EE, or a related major graduating in May 2024 - June 2025
