Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial negotiations and Legal customer documents (close collaboration with corporate legal team) – 20%
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads -65%
• Other responsibilities: - 15%
  • Review, design, and execute improvements to processes and approaches; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
  • Organize ideas, projects, people, time, and resources necessary to keep all companies moving forward
  • Provide analysis, recommendations, and options for key decisions

 

Must-have – qualifications for Success

• Proven success in project leadership/project management
• Experience with customer communication/negotiation
• Experience in data analysis and PowerPoint
• Nimble business mind focused on developing creative solutions
• Self-starter and independent
• Experience in CPG industry

 

Competencies for Success

• Consulting experience (ideally Sr. Asc/Jr. EM/EM-level)
• Packaging or Engineering background/degree
• Experience in the Beauty/Personal Care or Packaging or Manufacturing Industry
