What You’ll Do:

The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed in this position. They are not intended to prescribe or restrict the assignments that management may make.

• Work with leadership to create, manage, and control the budget, financial management, and forecasting activities for the business unit. 
• Partner with the EVP and Area Vice Presidents (AVPs) in establishing the budget and strategic priorities to meet the organizational and area short-term and long-term financial objectives.
• Manage financial reporting, providing detailed financial analysis and financial perspective recommendations to EVP and AVPs. Ensures flow down of similar reporting and analytics to the offices.
• Oversee and provide leadership to the business unit financial and administrative operations team, including hiring, performance management and feedback, coaching, encourage professional development, ensuring the team has the tools needed to do their jobs.
• Validation of data, invoices, and outcomes impacting client projects and operational financial reporting.
• Work closely with other Business Unit Business Managers, along with Corporate Accounting and Finance.
• Manage the teams responsible for client invoicing and entry of projects in the accounting system.
