IT Intern [PENCIL Internship]

The DTCC Partner Program actively promotes partnership and collaboration with global and regional financial solutions providers to help mutual clients to mitigate risk, achieve market efficiencies and reduce costs. Our program provides our partners with all the technical, service and learning support required to deliver the highest level of mutual client satisfaction, and value, through our DTCC connected solutions.

An internship is an opportunity to contribute to DTCC's daily operations, while learning more about the company and the financial services and technology industries. As a PENCIL summer intern, you'll be aligned as closely as possible to a team that leverages your academic skills and considers your future career aspirations. Upon completing a successful summer and obtaining your degree, you will have the opportunity to be considered for our new graduate program, also known as the EDGE Program.

What does a PENCIL Intern do?
The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information solutions through activities that include development of essential business applications, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance. The PENCIL intern will work on projects and initiatives within the Product Owner team

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be working towards a bachelor’s degree 
• Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
• Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA to be considered

Talents Needed for Success:

• Must demonstrate superior analytical and communication skills 
• Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
