As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact at a dynamic commercial real estate location. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a welcoming and professional presence, assisting visitors, tenants, and staff with a customer-focused approach. You will monitor access, verify credentials, and respond to inquiries, helping to deter security-related incidents through your attentive and approachable demeanor. This role emphasizes strong communication skills and the ability to handle a variety of situations with poise and integrity. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and managing visitor logs to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including communicating with building management and/or emergency personnel.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk.
• Answer questions and provide directions or information to guests and tenants as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
