Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee complex, cross-functional programs with significant business impact. This role requires a strategic thinker who can establish governance structures, secure executive buy-in, and drive alignment across various teams and stakeholders. As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead by example, provide oversight to team members, and implement best practices and process improvements across the organization 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Oversee and manage complex, high-impact programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. 

• Establish governance frameworks and structures to ensure program success and mitigate risks. 

• Secure executive buy-in and align leadership teams to support program goals and initiatives. 

• Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. 

• Drive process improvements across the organization, implementing best practices for program management. 

• Ensure successful execution of programs by managing resources, timelines, and budgets. 

• Collaborate closely with client leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with their needs and expectations. 

• Manage program risks and resolve issues proactively to keep programs on track and within scope. 

• Communicate program progress, challenges, and milestones effectively to both internal and external stakeholders. 

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program management, with a track record of overseeing complex, cross-functional programs. 

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to provide direction and mentorship to teams. 

• Excellent ability to establish governance structures and manage programs from initiation through to completion. 

• Deep expertise in program management methodologies and best practices. 

• Exceptional communication skills, with experience in engaging and influencing senior leadership. 

• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders. 

• Ability to drive strategic alignment and business results while managing competing priorities. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage risks and issues effectively.
