position details/responsibilities …
•  Must be fully capable of following the opening and closing procedures of the daily café operation.
•  Receiving, handling, storing and rotating of all food products 
•  Complete daily prep list accurately, efficiently and consistently. 
•  Follow recipes accurately while maintaining high level food preparation standards.
•  Ensure the proper sanitation, organization, and efficiency of all back of house areas.
here’s what we’re looking for …
•  2-5 years as a prep cook in a fast-paced work environment.
•  Knowledge of health department standards for food service employees
•  Ability to prioritize and solve problems while ensuring a “customer first” mentality. 
•  Self- motivated individual with a passion for creativity and professionalism 
•  Hard working culinary team member who can multitask in an efficient and timely manner.
