We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Public Relations Assistant to support our PR team in managing client communications and media relations. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, organizing, and executing public relations strategies while ensuring a consistent and professional representation of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting press releases, speeches, and other communication materials.
• Coordinate and schedule events, meetings, and press conferences.
• Build and maintain relationships with local media and community stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on media coverage and public sentiment about clients.
• Support the creation and distribution of newsletters and other materials.
• Ensure accurate documentation and filing of PR campaigns and materials.
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative approaches for client representation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of public relations strategies and techniques is a plus.
