This position must independently perform routine maintenance and repair and replacements in at least one of the maintenance disciplines: plumbing, electric, carpentry, air conditioning, controls, painting, or masonry. Must possess general knowledge of building maintenance equipment and building management systems. Requires understanding of fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems and other fire suppression systems.
