Sanitation Technician, Cleveland Ohio Area (East Side), Food Manufacturing

We are looking for a Sanitation Technician for a single-line food manufacturing facility. Sanitation and setup occur during the afternoon shift. This is a hands-on position, working with a small team of sanitation technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly cleaning machinery and parts to meet all regulations for food and beverage production.
• Rinse, clean, and sanitize production equipment using the necessary equipment and/or chemicals.
• Clean and sanitize the production area
• Set up for next-day production
• Be able to act as sanitation supervisor back up including being able to compete nightly titrations, ATP swabbing, inspections and complete nightly paperwork.

Schedule Requirements: 2ND SHIFT, 10 hours M-TH. Typical hours are 3:00 pm - 1:00 am. Occasional work on Friday is required.

The Fremont Company is in a clean, climate-controlled, manufacturing work environment. Must be able to pass a post-offer drug screen as well as a criminal background check.
