Responsibilities:

- Lead and conduct in-depth financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Lead the development, training, and mentoring of staff within the business analysis organization.

- Play a key role in delivering contract deliverables, including cost reports and technical reports, in a timely manner.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to guarantee the accuracy of financial data and compliance.

- Proactively monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives.

- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management review.

- Analyze project performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations for corrective actions.

- Provide expert support to program managers in financial planning and decision-making processes.

- Perform ad hoc reporting duties with precision.

- Enjoy a hybrid work environment and be willing to travel up to 15%.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in production/manufacturing environments.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with 12+ years of hands-on experience in program/project analysis.

- Strong familiarity with Government Contracting organization.

- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Project, as well as other information systems/data management tools.

- Proven ability to support the development and maintenance of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for schedule preparation and cost analysis.

- Track baseline and update financial performance metrics accurately.

- Demonstrated capability to work autonomously, set objectives, and effectively plan and schedule financial activities to achieve objectives.
