THE ROLE
Thrive Market’s ERP team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst!
We are looking for a true expert in the ERP system space who will operate autonomously at a lead level as we continue to expand our membership base, operation, and workforce. This Sr./Lead Business System Analyst position will support our Accounting and Finance teams working primarily with NetSuite. 
In this role, we hope to find someone who is equally excited about our mission, learning the technology behind the company, and can work cross-functionally with other teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders to meticulously gather and define business requirements, translating them into precise technical specifications
• Lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of innovative business systems while identifying opportunities for enhancements to existing systems
• Provide advanced systems knowledge and act as a resource for addressing complex issues and finding effective solutions
• Guide and mentor team members, including lower-level Business Systems Analysts and other technical staff
• Analyze, recommend, and implement business process improvements to enhance system efficiencies and elevate customer satisfaction
• Play a key role in prioritizing and implementing configuration requests based on user feedback
• Direct the implementation of new requirements and contribute to system strategic planning by establishing best practices
• Lead the assessment of vendor software upgrades and their impact on existing systems
• Propose and execute configurations for new or existing software systems to meet evolving business needs
• Spearhead troubleshooting and resolution of intricate system issues and escalations
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring the overall quality assurance of systems while establishing testing standards
• Drive effective communication plans and timely dissemination of information for system changes, identifying required support and resources for each change
• Create and maintain meticulous business requirements and system documentation
• Provide comprehensive training to team members and end-users, ensuring their proficiency in using the systems
• Lead projects and teams with proficiency in project management techniques
• Collaborate in the creation of technical reports, diagrams, workflow maps, or other visuals to enhance system understanding
• Develop, produce, and optimize customized reports to fulfill specific user requirements
• Stay current with installed software standards and procedures, evaluating and recommending new tools as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• A minimum of 6+ years of related work experience
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Domo or JasperSoft
• Solid knowledge of ERP applications such as Netsuite and HighJump
• Familiarity with management applications such as Confluence, Jira, Google Suite, and MS Excel
• Nice to have: Proficiency in Python and experience with Airflow
