About the role:
We are looking for a Global Procurement Manager to assist the Head of Procurement on strategy, define process, and own sourcing and procurement globally with emphasis on software licensing, consulting and third party agreements, IT and office equipment, leases, and events contracts. The ideal candidate with also ensure proper procurement involvement in all major vendor engagements and execute vendor management practices with strategic vendors for the organization.

What we are looking for:

• This person will use Coupa and Productiv to keep inventory of software used by the company, including usage, cost, and other data points helpful to making decisions around software
• Analyze trends in the market to develop multi-year, innovative category plans
• Meet with existing suppliers and potential suppliers to foster renewals and new purchase discussions
• Support all aspects of the strategic sourcing process, including RFx, vendor evaluations, risk assessment, and commercials negotiations to ensure the best outcome
• Manage facilities footprint, various office agreements, access, one-off requests, and expansion
• Establish and manage facilities budget and is responsible for reporting financial information
• And any additional tasks required by manager

Additional responsibilities:

• Provide support on continuous audits for T&E, Corporate Cards, and Virtual Cards.
• Assist with ISO, Supplier Onboarding, and ESG projects.
• Manage Egencia travel program
• Continuous improvement projects to enable a lean procurement organization, such as implementing a ticketing system, develop KPIs and SLAs. Work closely with Finance to integrate procurement process with Netsuite through purchase requisitions and purchase order process

Kong has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to specific candidate location, role, skill set and level of experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards including sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role. Benefits may vary depending on location. US based employees are typically offered access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short and long term disability benefits, basic life and AD&D insurance, among others. The typical base pay range for this role in the US is $120,000 - 140,000.
