Job Description

Develop Chaplain, Chaplain Candidate, and Religious Affairs Specialist training material/curriculum. Revise USA-IRL lesson plans and other training and education products, advise USA-IRL staff and faculty on training, and prepare training and education materials for CHCP Courses using TDC or other platforms.

• Create courses and workshops in ATRRS
• Adjust class quotas and update course data
• Prepare and submit reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have either post-graduate academic credentials or professional certification, or both, in the areas of spiritual care, religious support or chaplaincy.
• Be competent in relevant fields of specialization such as marriage and family, counseling, world religions and multi-faith religious support, CPE, ethics, pluralistic ministry, and practical theology.
• Qualified to support or provide Association of Theological Schools (ATS)- accreditable educational materials.
• Minimum of two (2) year experience working in automated training scheduling databases such as: ATRRS.
• Experience with course validation process IAW TRADOC regulations.
• U.S. Citizenship
• Able to pass background checks
