Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

This position is a dynamic and highly organized role player, critical in ensuring the smooth and on-time execution of marketing projects and initiatives across a variety of teams including Marketing Operations, Digital & Paid Media, Brand/Creative Direction, MarTech & Rev Ops. This role will provide strategic support to the department’s operational leadership team and prove integral in ensuring the cohesive cross-functionality of all teams through procedural ideation and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management at a high volume and variety, possess experience with Workfront (preferred: Fusion, within Workfront), exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee various marketing projects in support of a variety of departmental functions from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, content, social, strategy, lifecycle/journey, digital and paid media to ensure seamless project execution
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and metrics, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary via Workfront
• Identify and proactively mitigate potential risks or roadblocks to project success, tracking and reporting project progress along the way
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in support of Marketing Operations holistic efforts
• Facilitate communication between marketing teams, as well as leadership, oftentimes in collaboration with other departments, ensuring everyone remains aligned and informed
• Manage the collaborative preparation of executive Management Framework requirements such as presentations, reports, and communications in support of the leadership team
• Assist effective decision-making by analyzing data, creating detailed reports, and presenting contextual findings
• Provide key strategic insight and advisement to VP, Marketing Operations on operational advancements observed as a result of cross-functional team involvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years' project management experience
• Workfront experience (Fusion experience)

Preferred:

• PMP certification
