Position Summary

Manage and technically lead the Infrastructure team responsible for the planning, implementing, and support of intricate Hybrid Cloud Networking solutions. Your role involves management and technical oversight for designing of network architectures for both on-premises data centers and cloud infrastructure, providing technical guidance, and developing solution proposals. Strong skills in network, wireless and security design, critical thinking, and excellent communication are essential.

Pay dates occur on the 7th and 22nd of each month.  If those dates fall on a weekend, the pay date occurs on the Friday prior to the 7th and 22nd. As an employee of the college, you are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and support complex Hybrid Network infrastructure, wireless and cloud solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget.

Provide expertise as a subject matter expert to advise entire Information and Instructional Technology organization around Hybrid Cloud Networking.

Design network architectures for on-premises and cloud infrastructure, provide technical guidance, and develop solution proposals.

Participate in regular reviews of network management logs and other systems to ensure performance, integrity, and network uptime

Practice effective project management skills, including the ability to adequately manage assigned projects and report project progress and status. Lead projects to upgrade and/or expand the network including design, planning, testing, and implementation
