Senior IT Project Manager Real Estate (m/f/d)

Our Mission: We enable efficient work and strategic decision making within Global Infrastructure. We improve efficiency & collaboration across GI Towers by facilitating, supporting, driving and measuring cross tower processes and offering cross tower services.

Your assignments

• Manage the IT components of new development, renovation, or relocation projects, including network infrastructure, data cabling, and building connectivity

• Oversee the implementation and customization of Real Estate Management Systems in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders

• Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and data governance practices are embedded in all real estate technology deployments

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal IT and Real Estate teams during system rollout, commissioning, and ongoing support phases

Your profile

• Academic background or comparable professional experience

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in leading IT Projects in an international business environment, including at least 2 years focusing on IT-related projects within the real estate, construction, facility management or infrastructure domains

• Experience in project management as well as outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills are essential

• Experience in cross-functional stakeholder coordination, including IT, facility management, real estate teams, external vendors, and construction/project partners

• Expertise in management tools like ServiceNow, JIRA or similar

• Preferred certification: PMP, ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile or similar

• Excellent communication skills in German and English
