Head of North America and EMEA Offline Retail

As the head of North America Offline, you’ll be responsible for driving the eero retail business across the US, Canada and Mexico (where applicable). You will be the single eero point of contact, working with key eero, Amazon and external stakeholders to create sales and marketing strategies, promotional activities, and deployment strategies.

This will require you to work with both internal and external teams, product, finance, business development, sales, and logistics to drive financially viable, high volume programs that provide our retail partners and end users with top-tier in-store experiences and business solutions. You will represent your business's success in meetings with leadership and meet regularly with our partners' leadership in conjunction with Amazon account managers to develop long term strategies as well as drive short term program executions.


Key job responsibilities
- Lead internal and external business reviews covering strategic initiatives for chosen retail partners
- With the dependent support teams create initial sales forecasts, determine allocations, and plan shipments for each SKU
- Optimize allocation of marketing development funds in alignment with key account/region stakeholders
- Collect business and market intelligence
- Act as the voice of the channel in eero internal strategic conversations around pricing, promotion, and allocation discussions.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
