We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Cloud & Network Infrastructure Engineer to manage and optimize our local/regional IT infrastructure. This role demands a unique blend of expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies (Entra ID, Intune, Azure) and Meraki networking solutions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, capable of providing 24x7 support when needed, leading projects, and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic environment. You will be a key player in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our systems, with a focus on Microsoft online services and a Meraki network infrastructure.  Experience with NetSuite ERP\CRM and the Celigo integration platform helpful.  

Job Title: Senior Cloud & Network Infrastructure Engineer

Reports To: IT Director

FLSA Status: Salary / Exempt

Scheduled Hours: Mon-Fri / 8:00am-5:00pm           

Key Responsibilities:

• 24/7 Support & Escalation:
• Provide 8x5 onsite support (24x7 if needed; very rare) service environment support for local/regional infrastructure.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for vendor support and break-fix issues, including troubleshooting infrastructure problems.
• Plan and execute operational improvement projects.
• System Management & Implementation:
• Maintain, analyze, and modify existing Microsoft cloud systems (Entra ID, Intune, Azure) and Meraki network infrastructure.
• Plan and participate in the implementation of new systems and programs, focusing on cloud and network technologies.
• Project Management:
• Manage small to medium-sized projects with up to 5 team members, while also contributing to project work.
• Ensure project cost, schedule, and quality delivery.
• Plan project work, including task assignment.
• Testing & Documentation:
• Perform testing to analyze results, detect errors, and validate systems.
• Provide comprehensive technical documentation, project tracking, and management reporting.
• Technical Expertise & Development:
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of Microsoft online services (Entra ID, Intune, Azure), Meraki networking, and related technologies.
• Operate independently, initiating tasks to support business objectives.
• Mentor and guide other team members.
• Security & Compliance:
• Maintain a strong understanding of security controls, backup, and business recovery capabilities within the Microsoft cloud and Meraki environment.
• Business Acumen:
• Strong business acumen and business partnering skills, with an understanding of Manufacturing & Distribution operations.
• Travel:
• Less than 10% travel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
• 6-10 years of corporate \ manufacturing \ distribution experience.
• Proven experience in process improvement.
