Job Description
Senior Associate, Resource Management
This role works across capabilities and client teams. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the correct balance of talent to ensure our teams can deliver amazing work. This role requires an upbeat positive attitude and willingness to problem solve in an ever-changing environment.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Serve as Resourcing partner who understands the ins and outs of employees’ skill sets, strengths, and weaknesses to appropriately map talent to the business
- Ensure client teams have the right talent, both onshore and offshore, by partnering with leadership to understand the work and client needs
- Partner with Recruiting on open roles and keep them up-to-date on changing talent needs
- Assist with and help influence resourcing and casting strategies
- Act as day-to-day cross-capability point of contact for resource management
- Construct clear, concise, error-free, communications (written and verbal) that provide details required for a specific audience (internal and client), including clear expectations, action requested and relevant implications (i.e. timing, costs, etc.)
- Collaborate with human resources, resource management and recruiting teams to develop and execute talent programs and processes
- Able to maintain composure when solving complex or ambiguous problems
Qualifications
- Four year degree
- 3-5 years of professional work experience in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment
- Creative agency experience strongly preferred
- Extreme proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Office
- Eagerness to problem solve
- Strong analytical skills, commitment to a client, and proven ability to manage expectations
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

“Compensation Range: $70,500 - $88,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
