Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Software CNO Developer to join our team in Herndon, VA. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited: 

• Maintains a working knowledge of the customer's requirements for the team product and possess a working knowledge of how the product functions in the larger ecosystem 

• Creates, implements, tests, documents, and supports features and product capabilities and data processing methods that ensure highest levels of information system security 

• Collaborates with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, team leads, and team members to ensure product capabilities that meet or exceed customer requirements 

• Performs maintenance on existing products. 

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience or 4 more years of relevant experience

• At least 3 years of experience developing in Java or Spring Boot 

• Experience documenting program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instruction so others can understand the program. Experience with identifying complex problems and translating information to form solution options and implement strategies. 

• Experience developing customized applications to run on a Linux-based system. 

• Experience with VMWare ESXi or Docker 

• Developing software applications using relational databases (SQL/Postgres) and database persistency using JPA. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) concepts and experience with Git or Kubernetes 

• Working knowledge of object-oriented design 

• Experience developing in Kotlin 

• Hands on experience with Linux/Unix, shell scripting, Junit, or Maven 

• Experience with computer networking, Agile project management principles and processes 

• Experience documenting program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instruction so others can understand the program 

Security Clearance Requirements: 

• An active TS/SCI clearance is required to start

Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%, capable of operating a computer and other office productivity machinery, and frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers 

• Working with Data
