As the Assistant General Manager:

• Drive Performance: Lead the Installation Team by implementing strategies, setting goals, and evaluating performance metrics to ensure exceptional results.
• Build a Winning Team: Recruit, train, and motivate your team to exceed expectations and foster a culture of excellence.
• Support Operations: Oversee installation processes and support sales appointments as needed to drive results and customer satisfaction.
