Head Soccer Coach - Middle School Boys

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Middle School Boys Head Soccer Coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coaching our middle school boys soccer team, helping them develop their skills and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive soccer program for the middle school boys team
• Plan and lead daily practices and game-day strategies
• Provide individualized coaching and feedback to players to help them improve their skills
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes sportsmanship and teamwork
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school staff
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during practices and games
• Attend all team meetings, practices, and games

Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous coaching experience, preferably at the middle school level.
• Strong knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire players.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Head Coach and other members of the coaching staff.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
