Senior Vice President of Marketing

As the Senior Vice President of Marketing at SALT Dental Collective, you will be a key member of the executive team responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of the company's marketing initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will oversee a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives to support the business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and integrated marketing campaigns
• Lead market research and analysis to identify target audience segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns
• Oversee the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product launches and enhancements
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track performance and ROI
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements

Requirements:

• 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, MBA preferred
