Oak River Rehab is Hiring a Dietary Cook/ Dietary Aide!
Schedule: Full Time

What to expect:

Maintain kitchen and cooking area in a safe, orderly, clean and sanitary manner.

Duties will include prepping meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, cooking meals, checking ingredients for freshness and dietary restrictions, and arranging and garnishing the dishes.

Ability to prepare special diets accurately including pureed foods.

Ability to make the presentation of the food appealing to the residents.

Willing to supervise and to work under supervision.
